If you are training for a triathlon or multi-sport race. I will advise you to seek out a multi-sport race coach.
If you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant. I do not have any specialized training in coaching through pregnancy. I do not guide training though pregnancy. I will advise you to see out a specialist who offers this service.
If you have a cardiac or other limiting diagnosis and cannot provide medical clearance. I cannot accept anyone with a cardiac or other limiting medical conditions who cannot provide medical clearance to train from a treating source.
If you do not have enough time to prepare adequately. A few weeks of training is often not enough even if you have been running. We need time to do the work. For best results, complete the coaching assessment at least 24 weeks prior to a goal marathon or 20 weeks before a half to allow time for onboarding and to selected an actual start date. More time may be required for an ultra, less for a 5k/10k. Start dates for training will be determined during assessment process. Also be sure you have the ability to train consistently at least 5 days per week. If you don't have time for the workouts I will not be able to accept you on my training roster. Marathons will require the ability to build up to around 7 hours of training time by peak week.

Ideal for Endurance Coaches who want accountability, support, and collaboration for their own race training.
Weekly or bi-weekly zoom sessions provided to plan and revise your training schedule and to address any other relevant health, wellness, of lifestyle factors that is impacting your ability to achieve your trainig goals.
Follow up communication between sessions is limited to those action plans designed during the face-to-face sessions.
Clarifying your vision of your training is part of the coaching sessions, however training plans are not drafted for you as part of Health & Performance Coaching. You will leave each session with training goals to work on between sessions.

"Run-60" 12 Week Plan: If you need an economical self-guided training plan for beginner runners or to help you to return to running after a break for any reasy, this plan is for you.
This is a 12-week plan that is purchased in its entiriey which includes instructions to help you modify it to meet your needs.
This plan does not include coaching, but you can use it alongside Health & Performance Coaching.
