Creating Momentum Runners Wall of Fame!

This page is dedicated to all the runners who have spent months or years of their lives training with Creating Momentum Coaching (CMC).  I sincerely appreciate you trusting me and allowing me to be a part of your mission to reach your goals!

Jessica hive fives her niece on her way to her 9th place finish at her First 100M with textbook perfect pacing in 21:34 at Tunnel Hill!
Look at that lift! Two feet off the ground! Mark flies through the finish of his very first marathon in 4:18 in Delaware!
Keilynn is surprised to find out she wons the Bucky (Marathon/Half Marathon double in PA) due to her super-smart pacing. Since she was just out for back-to-back long runs as training that weekend!
Lauren sets her 2017 PR Marathon PR (4:18) at Newport, which she later crushes in Phoenix by running a 3:48!
Sheila O'Callaghan Plvan runs a 2:17:31 PR at Two Rivers Half 3/24/18!
Although she needed the wet towels to cool down, Amy is all smiles after hitting her BQ time by almost five minutes at the Big Bear Marathon in CA.

SuperDave is impeccably dressed and looking great while on his way to running 100M in 23:05 at Umstead!
Gary celebrates a fantastic season with an 18 minute Marathon PR (3:41) at Rehoboth Beach, finally crushing his sub-4 goal with an authority! This comes after a year of setting new lifetime PRs in the 5k, 18M, and miles run in a calendar year!
Karen Finney, runs strong at the NCR Trail Marathon, earning PR and a BQ with a 3:42, 2011!
Amy runs a 3:30 at White River Marathon, 2012. PR by 11 minutes, 2nd AG and 4th female overall!
Enrique, completed 14 marathons, including ALL the Majors (NYCM, Boston, Chicago (4:08 PR), Tokyo, London, and Berlin), countless Halves (PR, 1:51, NYC Half), and has not missed a day of running since Boston 2014, becoming CMC's 1st Streaker!
Kimberly Schwartz, 80 Miles, 9th place Female, at her first 24 Hour race, The Virginia 24 Hour Run for Cancer 2016.
Terri Bray, all smiles, while on her way to a 51 MINUTE marathon PR!
Anthony DiFiore runs a Sub-4 for his first Marathon at Wineglass 2015
Kevin Frick, run a 4 minute PR at the Philly Marathon, with an impressive 3:09! 2014.
Mike (right), at the end of his first Half Marathon in Atlantic City, beating his goal by more than 10 minutes!

Making it look easy! Jessica Pansini has a blast at the Chicago Marathon, 2016, as she runs her PR, finishing in 3:43!
Nikki Drader shines at the Rehoboth Marathon running a 3:07, runs another 3:07 in Toronto, CA, finishing 4th OA Female in both races, 2015. She sets countless PR's at every distance, becomes one of the cover shots for the Wineglass Marathon, and gets accepted to become a Zensah Ambassador!

Rachel completes her first marathon, The Disney Marathon, after successfully battling a knee injury.
Jessica run her first 50M in 8:22, finishing 9th place at the USATF National Championship!!!!
Rene E. Seigrist kicks it in to a blazing fast 16 minute PR and a 15 minute BQ at Steamtown 2016, finishing in 3:20:50!
Rich Timlen has an incredible season running a PR in the half (1:29:38) and a PR/BQ in Chicago (3:13)!
Abigail at the finish of her first marathon, the NYCM, where she managed a negative split and crushed her initial goal time by a massive margin!
Dean Giering, runs the furthest run of his life, 72 miles at 3 Days at the Fair, 24 hour, 2015!
