I will help you personalize a nutrition strategy that will work for you. This is not a one-sized fits all program. This isn’t even just about food. I will not send you meal plans. I don’t want to know about every single thing you put into your mouth.
Instead, together, we assess your whole-person experience. We will work with your values and your lifestyle to create positive solution-focused healthy nutrition habits. I coach you on What To Do, not what to stop doing. Together we identify your strengths, increase your sense of self-efficacy and work to help you overcome your obstacles.
