Office Hours: During Office Hours, email are answered, assessments are reviewed, clients are met for in-person training sessions, groups are in session, zoom consultations are provided, training plans are drafted, article are researched/written, and/or all business matters are attended to.
Here is what you can expect in terms of response time and availability.
Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST/EDST
Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays: Closed
Please allow until the close of one full business day to receive a reply, although you will find that emails are usually responded to much sooner whenever possible.
