Personalized Training Plans Only are for the most independent athletes who would like a highly personalized training plan, but do not seek any additional regularly scheduled support along the way. Your personalized training plan is provided through an online log. This is the most economical personalized training plan option available. As needed, access to coaching can be purchased through Training Reviews.
For continuity of training, back-to-back plans can be provided, however a New Coaching Assessment will be required only once there is a break in training with Creating Momentum Coaching for more than 4 weeks.

When to request plan: At least 24-weeks prior to your goal marathon. Allow more time for ultras. There may be a Wait-List for Personalized Plans at the start of each marathon season.
Plan Length: Plans are provided in 4-week blocks to maintain quality and relevance of training.
Pleas allow yourself 20-weeks for Marathon Training.. Ultras may be longer. Half Marathons may be shorter. Recommendations about length of your training plan is made after Coaching Assessment.
New Coaching Assessment will be required only once there is a break in training with Creating Momentum Coaching for more than 4 weeks.

Complimentary Supplemental Material: Recommendations for how to execute each workout, training tips and advice, and strength and flexibility training recommendations.
One Week (M-F) for questions at the start of each block is provided for your review of your plan, to allow you to request edits to your plan, and to allow you to questions.
Additional Training Reviews or Self-Actualization Coaching must be purchased for any other training related-questions, advice, and guidance after week 1 of each block.
Bonus: Current training articles written by Creating Momentum Coaching as they become available during the duration of your plan.
Online Coaching is NOTincluded. You are purchasing a self-guided training outline. You have the first week of each Bronze Level block of training to ask questions. Any questions, big or small, after week 1, must be asked through a purchased and scheduled Training Review.
Online Log: Plan will be pre-loaded into the online training log selected by Creating Momentum Coaching to help you stay prepared for Training Reviews as you need them. Maintain this log for Training Reviews.
Rate: $88 flat rate for plans4 weeks or less, then $22 for each additional week.
