Available for those following their own training plans for "As Needed" Coaching Advice.
All new clients must first complete Initial Coaching Assessment.
Training Reviews can then be ordered "As Needed" up to 6 weeks after Initial Assessment or most recent Training Review without need for re-assessment.
Purcahse of New Initial Assessment will be required once there is a break in training with Creating Momentum Coaching for 6 weeks or more.
Training Reviews must be scheduled in advance and all start on Monday.
Training Review Period will cover a Monday-Saturday business week following this schedule:
Monday you will be asked to provide a list of your training questions and concerns as well as access to your training log.Four (4) weeks of your training log will be reviewed.
During the review period, you will receive guidance through email. Topics are based upon your questions and can include inquiries about gear, race strategy, training paces, fueling, injury prevention, etc.
Revisions to personalized training plans for only CMC clients who have purchased a Bronze Level Training Program will be made, if revisions are necessary.
Revisions to training plans for athletes following their own plans will be recommended via email, if revisions are necessary.
Remember Coaches are Not Treating Sources. If you are in pain, you will be advised to seek an evaluation by a medical professional. Please don't wait to get your pain evaluated.
Training Reviews can be scheduled for "As Needed Coaching" throughout training by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Pleaseinclude a short description of the subject matter you seek guidance about in your email to determine whether a Training Review is appropriate before you are billed for this service.
Rate: $25for each Training Reviews ordered "As Needed" after Initial Coaching Assessment and Training Review has been submitted. Paypal invoice sent upon scheduling Training Review. Payment required prior to services.
