This program can provide accountability and support for athletes who are capable of creating their own training plans but still want a coach for guidance on all the collateral aspect of wellness that impacts training success. You don't need to be an athlete to benefit from Self-Actualization Coaching. As a health & wellness-focused program, Self-Actualization coaching can help you create a healthier lifestyle. We can work together to help you minimize the impact the stress, quit smoking, managing weight, and improving nutrition and exercise habits. For those in treatment for a medical condition (auto-immune disease, recover from cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes) who are advised to follow a treatment plan, Self-Actualization Coaching can provide you with guidance, accountability and support you need to follow your treatment plan and manage symptoms of your current health challenges. |
Strength- and Solution-Focused Collaborative Approach. I assist you with goal-setting, help identify effective tools for tracking and managing health- and wellness- related information, and teach you how to build effective, measurable, and personalized action plans. I provide support, guidance, accountability, and opportunity for solution-focused collaboration as you implement your plan within a clearly identified time-frame.
