- Required Coaching Assessment and Review. Please allow at least 7 days for assessment review.
- All phone consults appointments are scheduled for minimum of 30 minutes during Office Hours.
- Submit Request for Phone Consult by email to [email protected].
- Include a short description of subject matter to be discussed during consultation.
- Paypal invoice sent upon scheduling, payment required prior to phone consultation.
- Rate: $30 per each 30 minute appointment.
- Discount Rate for Gold Level: Online Coaching Clients: $15 per 30 minute appointment.
