Why don't you have one?
Self-Actualization Coaching is a lifestyle medicine, functional nutrition, health & wellness, mindset and peak performance coaching program.
Through the lens of behavior change science, self-actualization coaching is personalized to your needs, abilities, values, and goals. Together we create realistic actionable plans with the accountability, support, and guidance you need to succeed.
You set the agenda. I don't tell you what to do. We work together on any lifestyle goal that is important to you. You can focus on enjoying exercise more, improving nutrition, getting better rest, proactively reducing stress, quitting smoking, quitting or reducing alcohol consumption, controlling pre-diabetes, achieving your ideal body composition, creating a better work-life balance, and more.
For those in treatment for a medical condition (auto-immune disease, cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes) who need help adhering to you treatment plan, Self-Actualization Coaching can provide you with guidance, accountability and support you need to achieve your treatment plan goals.
Strength- and Solution-Focused Collaborative Approach. I assist you with goal-setting, help identify effective tools for tracking and managing health- and wellness- related information, and teach you how to build effective, measurable, and personalized action plans. I provide support, guidance, accountability, and opportunity for solution-focused collaboration as you implement your plan within a clearly identified time-frame.
*Self-Actualization Coaching is a Wellness Program. It does NOT replace medical or mental health treatment but it can effectively support your treatment plan goals.
