Gold Level Online Endurance Coaching: Most popular and most successful service. As a Gold Level Athlete, you will have your personalized training plan loaded into your online training log. You must maintain your log. You will be asked to answer short but important feedback questions. You will send your daily concerns and questions directly by email. A weekly Log Review will provide you with personalized guidance, provide additional topics for follow up discussions, and may result in personalized plan revisions, as needed based upon your feedback. Two complimentary Resiliency Development Coaching sessions via Zoom are included in this service. If you choose to now schedule the zoom session, you will be encouraged to use the Resiliency Development Self-Assessment form weekly to access to coaching for resiliency either for yourself or to share with me. You will receive any current training advice articles written by Creating Momentum Coaching as they become available. This is the next best thing to having a coach with you in person. This program is ideal for novice runners through highly experience athletes in pursuit of significant goals.

Required: Coaching Assessment and Review. Allow at least 10 days for assessment review. If there is a break in training with Creating Momentum Coaching for more than 4 weeks, a new assessment will be required to be purchased and completed for coaching to restart.
When to request coaching: At least 24-weeks prior to your goal marathon. Allow more time for ultras. There may be a Wait-List for Personalized Plans at the start of each marathon season.
Response-Regulated Training. Training is adjusted in response to your experience after each workout, based upon your feedback. Goal is to to build a realistic plan that works best for you!
Logging and Email Communication are required. Log selected by Creating Momentum. You must record your run feedback in your log to allow for the tracking and modification of training as needed.
Training Time Commitment (to yourself): Expect to make at least a 20-week training commitment for marathon training (with or without a coach). More or less time may be necessary depending upon your goals, current fitness, and obstacles as determined after your Assessment.
Financial Commitment to Creating Momentum Coaching: You only commit to 4-weeks at a time. Invoices will be sent through Paypal. You can terminate training at the end of any billing cycle.
