Required for Returning Clients once there has been a break in training for 4 weeks or more.
Personalized goal setting and valuable insights are provided through this assessment whether or not you are ready, willing, able, or interested in continuing on as a client.
Limitations for your consideration:
We may use a variety of endurance activities to improve health & wellness, but if you are training for a triathlon or multi-sport race I will advise you to seek out a multi-sport race coach.
I cannot accept clients who are currently pregnant as I do not have any specialized training in coaching through pregnancy.
I cannot accept anyone with a cardiac or other significant medical condition the impair ability to train who cannot provide medical clearance from a treating source.
For best results, complete the coaching assessment at least 24 weeks prior to a goal marathon or 20 weeks for a half. More time may be required for an ultra, less for a 5k/10k. Actual start dates will be determined during assessment process. We just need enough time to get started.

These areas of coaching are not included in the Silver Level Program. Weekly sessions to review and revise your own self-created training plans and to educate and co-design action plans for any other relevant health, wellness, of lifestyle factors that is impacting your ability to achieve your perform goals.
Follow up communication between sessions is limited to those action plans co-created during the face-to-face sessions.
Personalized feedback, evidence-based guidance, accountability, and support is provided as you design your own training plan. Clarifyingyour vision of your training is part of the coaching sessions, however training plans are not drafted for you as part of Health & Performance Coaching.
