Office Hours: During Office Hours, email are answered, assessment reviewed, some clients are met for In-Person training sessions, Phone Consultations are provided, training plans are drafted, article are researched/written, and all business matters are attended to. Responding to online coaching client emails occurs during Office Hours.
Here is what you can expect in terms of response time and availability.
Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST/EDST
Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays: Closed
Please allow One Business Day to receive a reply, although you will find that emails are usually responded to much sooner whenever possible. Any Urgent emails should be indicated as Urgent in subject line and sent with at least 30 minutes left in the final business hour of each business day (i.e. by 4:30 pm Monday-Friday) to ensure a reply can be sent in a timely manner.
Important: These office hours are subject to change based upon scheduling needs. In the event that regular office hours will be altered, all clients in the Online Coaching Program will receive notice of expected availability. All Online Coaching emails will be responded to during next availability. All Online Coaching Emails sent outside of business hours will be responded as soon as possible during the next business day.
