Gold Level: Personalized Training Plan written in 4 week blocks with included unlimited online access for training questions that are responded to within one business day.
Bronze Level: Self-Guided Personalized Training Plan Only. No included access to online coaching. Training Reviews can be purchased and scheduled to provide access to online coaching for all training-related questions.
Stand-Alone Service for any runner following their own plans who seeks "As Needed Coaching". (Initial Assessmentmust be completed first, then subsequent Training Reviews can be purchased at most 4 weeks apart. After 4 weeks, a new Initial Assessment is required).
Last 4 weeks of log reviewed and access to one business week of online coaching for guidance.

Optimal Health and Wellness precedes Achieving Big Dreams. For anyone who want to improve their quality of life. This program is for both athletes and non-athletes.
This service complements any other effort you are making to improve your quality of life, increase your whole-person wellness, and set yourself up to achieve the bigger goals that may or may not be athletic in nature.
Start with initial needs assessment.
I will help you identify an area of health and wellness that we will work to improve together,
I will help you build an personalized, reasonable, realistic action plan with measurable goals that can be tracked and monitored.
I will provide you with support, accountability, and assist you to manage the unexpected obstacles along the way.
With enough time, repetition, and through the use of evidence-based behavior change techniques, new habits can be established and automated.
You may chose to use what you learned about goal setting and habit formation to change additional lifestyle behaviors on your own or you may want to continue on with me to work on additional goals. Ultimately you should learn the skills and not need coaching to success at improving your quality of life in any way you seek.
